Payment

Payment is processed by our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe.  We accept all major credit and debit cards from customers in any country.

Cards include: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, UnionPay and Carte Bancaire.  Everything is securely transmitted and none of your payment information is stored on our servers.

 


Delivery

All orders are generally shipped via UPS. If you wish to have your unit shipped via other means, please email [email protected] prior to placing your order.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm CST are generally shipped the same day (for in-stock items).  Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST will be shipped the following business day.  Orders placed on weekends will generally ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Pre-order items will have their own individual shipment schedules based on manufacturing and testing lead times. Refer to the individual product pages for those shipment estimates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.  Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.

Shipping can be combined wherever possible. Please note that some of our products require special boxes and packing to ship securely, but we will make every effort to combine shipping when multiple products are ordered.
